Our Teaching Philosophy
Our children’s programming is centered around getting kids excited about creating and all of the possibilities that it can bring to life. If you can tap into a child’s passion and provide them the support and supplies they need, they’ll often surprise themselves with what they can accomplish! It’s all about having the freedom to explore and discover. Children find new ways of expressing themselves through projects that reveal and develop talents, building healthy self-regard and confidence, as well as developing creative thinking skills.
Camps!
We offer camps during early release days, school breaks and through the whole summer at the art center!
Camps at the ONE Arts Center are focused on fun and all the different ways an artist can express themselves. We currently offer Camps in our Maker Space for 5-8 year olds and in our Creative Space for 9-13 year olds. Our themed camps embrace magic, imagination and self expression. We offer camps during school breaks, early release days, and throughout the entire summer. We offer a sibling discount even when signing up for programming in different age groups!
Summer Camps
Every week of summer vacation we offer different themed summer camps that embrace magic, imagination and self expression. We spend our time making art projects in a variety of media, practicing drama, dancing, playing organized games, having free create time, as well as visiting local parks.
- Each week has a different engaging theme!
- Camps run from 8am – 4pm
- Price: $440 per week
Afterschool Art
Give your child a stimulating boost of creativity every week at Afterschool Art Mon-Fri now until 5:30pm! We create a variety of projects and crafts that explore art concepts and develop creative skills and techniques. We currently offer Afterschool Art in our Maker Space for 5-8 year olds and in our Creative Space for 9-13 year olds. At Afterschool Art we offer a fun teacher-led art project every day and provide a space for your child to experiment and grow as an artist. After school, we pick up kids from SA and IAA and safely walk them to the Art Center. Kids from other schools can get dropped off at 3pm. We also provide snacks and will accommodate food allergies. We offer a sibling discount even when signing up for programming in different age groups! Sign up for After School Art M-F for the semester and get Friday FREE! Kids Night Out!
Kids Night Out is also secretly parents night out, we won’t tell! Drop off your kids for a fun night for them and then go out and have a fun night of your own! At Kids Night Out we will have a fun art lesson, dinner and a movie! For dinner we will have pizza and veggies and with our movie we will have popcorn! Join us for a super fun night!
